Everything you need to manage your Palekana Swim schedule.
Acuity Scheduling is our home for lesson scheduling, appointment reminders, rescheduling, cancellations, and Make-Up Codes. Billing and payments are handled separately through QuickBooks.
Use the information below anytime you need to view or make changes to your family's lessons.
Create Your Acuity Account
All current families should create an Acuity account so you can easily view and manage your family's lessons.
To create an account, open our Acuity Scheduling page and look for “Sign up” in the upper-right corner. If you've already created an account, select “Log in” instead.
Important: When signing up, please use the same email address Palekana Swim has on file for your lessons. Acuity does not automatically connect a new account with appointments that were previously scheduled by Palekana. Once you've created your account, we'll link your existing appointments to your profile.
After your account is linked, you can log in anytime to view your family's upcoming lessons under Appointments and available Make-Up Codes under Manage Codes.
On the scheduling page: Look for Sign up / Log in in the upper-right corner.
View Your Upcoming Lessons
Once your Acuity account is linked, you'll find your upcoming lessons under Appointments.
You'll also receive appointment reminder emails and texts before your scheduled lessons. These reminders include your lesson date and time along with a link you can use to manage the appointment when eligible.
Need to Reschedule a Lesson?
When you're outside of our 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling window, you can reschedule your lesson yourself through:
The Change/Cancel Appointment link in your Acuity reminder email, or
Your Acuity account under Appointments.
When you reschedule, you'll select another available lesson time and your existing appointment will move to the new time.
A self-rescheduled lesson does not receive a Make-Up Code because the original lesson has been moved rather than missed.
If you are within 48 hours of your lesson, the self-service rescheduling option will no longer be available.
Need to Cancel a Lesson?
When you're outside of the required notice period, you can cancel an individual lesson using the link in your Acuity reminder or through Appointments in your Acuity account.
Eligible missed lessons may receive a Make-Up Code in accordance with your enrollment agreement.
Please remember that canceling an individual appointment does not cancel your ongoing weekly enrollment. Your regular lesson time remains reserved for you unless you submit a Drop Request with the required notice.
Using Your Make-Up Codes
Available Make-Up Codes can be viewed in your Acuity account under Manage Codes.
When you're ready to use one, visit our Drop-In Lessons page and choose an eligible available lesson. Enter your Make-Up Code when prompted during booking.
Drop-In availability is available up to 14 days in advance and changes regularly as lesson openings become available.
Need to End Your Recurring Enrollment?
Private, Semi-Private, and other ongoing enrollments continue until a Drop Request is submitted.
If you'd like to give up your recurring lesson time, please complete our Drop Request Form at least 30 days before your requested final lesson date.
Canceling your individual appointments in Acuity does not serve as notice to end your recurring enrollment.
Billing & Payments
Acuity is used for scheduling, while QuickBooks is used for billing and payments.
Regular lesson tuition is invoiced separately through QuickBooks and is not collected through your Acuity appointments.
Monthly tuition is due on the 25th of the preceding month for the following month's lessons. For example, payment for July lessons is due June 25.
