Our general guideline for whether or not a student (ages 4+) are ready for private lessons is if they can float independently and swim with their face in the water for 3-4 seconds on their own. If they do not meet this guideline they would be a great fit for our ISR Self-Rescue™ Lessons. Email us at m.lowell@infantswim.com to learn more!

Instructor names are listed next to each available time. You can choose based on instructor preference.

*Lessons with Matt (Owner): Due to the demand for Matt’s private lesson time and his level of experience, we are adjusting his private lesson rate $10 more per lesson going forward. We’ll always be transparent about pricing and happy to help you find the right fit for your swimmer.

Please note: Drop-in lessons are first come, first served, and spots are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation from us.

Each swimmer progresses at their own pace with individualized instruction, no rigid levels or checklists. Interested in Swim Team?

Swim Team – Focusing on speed, endurance, teamwork, and camaraderie, this non-competitive program is designed to prepare your child for future competition-level teams (no swim meets). Classes are 1 hour, twice a week, with a maximum of 12 students per class.

To join, swimmers should have a basic understanding of the four competitive strokes—freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. They do not need to be experts! The ability to swim short distances in each stroke with general form is enough. Coaches will continue to build technique, strength, and confidence in a fun, team-style environment.

Starting this fall, we’re offering swim team practice on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 6:00pm-7:00pm. Families can choose any two days each week that work best for their schedule—no need to commit to the same days every week!

Simply pick the 2 out of 4 days that fit into your week and bring your swimmer to practice on those days. This new format gives you more flexibility while still allowing your child to build consistency and progress with their skills.

  • $70/week for one swimmer

  • $60/week per sibling (weekly price includes both days)

Drop-In Lesson FAQ’s

  • One-time, single Private or Semi-Private Lesson bookings. Perfect for busy families or as a trial before committing to a regular lesson time. You may schedule as many as you’d like while you wait for a permanent spot to open up.

  • Yes, drop-ins follow the same format as regular lessons—same instructors, same quality instruction. The only difference is that they are one-time bookings instead of ongoing weekly spots.

  • Private Lesson (1:1) Ages 4+ – $55 30-minute lessons held once per week. Private lessons are ideal for students who can float independently and swim with their face in the water for 3–4 seconds on their own. If your child isn't quite there yet, they may be a great fit for our ISR Self-Rescue™ program.

Semi-Private Lesson (2:1) Ages 4+– $70 (per family or shared between two families) 30-minute lessons with two swimmers of similar ability, once per week. A great option for siblings or friends ready to learn together. We do not match students for semi-private lessons at this time.

  • To request a spot, email us or reply to one of our weekly updates with the date(s) and time(s), instructor(s) you're interested in. We’ll confirm availability as soon as possible. Your lesson is not officially booked until you receive a confirmation from us and our scheduling system.

  • We list drop-in spots as soon as we know they’re available, sometimes up to a month or more in advance. You’re welcome to request future dates from the list anytime.

  • We will reply by email to confirm whether the spot is still available. If confirmed, you’ll also receive a scheduling email from our system to make it official.

  • Drop-ins follow our normal cancelation policy of 48 hours written notice. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to another family.

  • Yes! We occasionally text families about same-day or next-day openings due to cancellations. Just let us know if you'd like to be added to our text list and make sure we have your mobile number on file.

  • All drop-in times are listed with the instructor’s name next to each available time slot.
If you have a preferred instructor, you can choose a time with them for added consistency—especially helpful for swimmers who thrive with the same teaching style.
Some time slots may be available with multiple instructors. You can read more about our instructors here. When booking, simply include:

    • The date and time you’d like

    • The instructor name (if you have a preference)

*Please note: While we do our best to honor instructor requests, instructors are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as sick days or schedule adjustments. If a change is necessary, we’ll do our best to keep your swimmer in the same time slot with another trusted instructor.
