This form is for students interested in ISR Self-Rescue™ Lessons.

Location: 4145 SW Watson Ave, Beaverton, OR 97005

✅ Reminder: ISR lessons run 5 consecutive days a week (Monday–Friday) for 4-6 weeks, and you’ll keep the same lesson time each day.

For example, if your slot is 1:00 PM, that will be your time Monday through Friday during the session.
